Browsing through TypeType, I stumbled on their Music-themed fonts. Although these pages aren’t as heavily promoted, the idea of fonts that evoke musical rhythm or have symbolic shapes (notes, staff, curves) is compelling to me. I experimented by overlaying one of those music fonts on a concert flyer background, and it gave the whole design more atmosphere. If you’re working on album covers, concert posters, or anything related to music, checking out the Music font styles is definitely something I’d recommend.
